When you send us an enquiry, we reply with a proposed itinerary and quote. Nothing is confirmed until you approve the itinerary and we have received your deposit.
A 30% deposit of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We will always try to accommodate date changes where possible, and we are happy to work with you on rebooking if your plans change.
Every safari includes all park fees, professional guide and driver, 4x4 Land Cruiser with pop-up roof, daily game drives, accommodation as specified, meals as listed, drinking water in the vehicle, and hotel pickup and drop-off in Arusha. Camping safaris include all camping equipment.
International and domestic flights, Tanzanian visa fees, travel insurance, tips and gratuities, personal expenses, optional activities such as balloon safaris and cultural visits, pre and post-safari accommodation, and drinks beyond water.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss. For Kilimanjaro treks, insurance must cover high-altitude trekking and emergency evacuation. Travel insurance is not included in our prices.
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries when necessary due to weather, park conditions, wildlife movement, or safety considerations. Any changes will be discussed with you before they are made where possible, and will always aim to preserve the quality of your experience.
Safaris involve wildlife, remote locations, and outdoor conditions. You agree to follow the guidance of your guide at all times and to take personal responsibility for following safety instructions. We are not liable for loss or injury arising from failure to follow reasonable safety guidance.
